Swooow Studio is published by Fanevasoa Izy ANDRIAMBAHOAKA ("Jilfy"), an independent developer based in Madagascar, who designed, built and maintains the app on their own.

Swooow Studio doesn't have an account system and doesn't collect or store any personal data on a server. Everything you create only exists in your browser's memory for the current session — nothing is saved automatically, and closing the tab clears it, unless you explicitly export or save a file (.swde, .png, .pdf, .pptx) to your own device.
The app loads a few resources from external CDNs (Google Fonts, and the libraries used for export) — like any web request, these may log standard technical data (e.g. IP address) on the CDN's side, outside of Swooow Studio's control.
If you choose to support the project with a crypto donation, that transaction happens directly on the blockchain — the app itself doesn't collect any information about it.
Swooow Studio is provided as-is, free to use, with no uptime or availability guarantee, and features may change over time.
You stay responsible for the content you create with it (text, images you import, etc.) and for using it in line with applicable laws, including copyright. The visuals you create with the app are yours; the app's own code, design and branding belong to its publisher.
